Return Policy

Colori Artwork for Kids takes great pride in the quality of its products and is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction.

Should you believe that there is a fault with any Colori Artwork for Kids product Colori will accept return of the item in its original packaging and in the same condition shipped for exchange, credit or a complete money back guarantee (shipping & handling fees are non refundable) within the first 20 days from the item’s ship date.

Items must be in original condition. If any alterations have been made or if the item is not in its original condition we will refuse the exchange, credit or refund.

The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Any credit or refund will be for the item sale price less shipping & handling. If an item is found to be defective the above will not apply. If item is unavailable for exchange sale price will be refunded less shipping & handling.

In order to return parcels, you must contact our customer care agents by email to info@colori-artworkforkids.com in order to obtain a return authorization number and return instructions.

Items damaged in transit should be reported immediately to the carrier that delivered the item and to colori-artworkforkids.com promptly for further instructions.

Colori-artworkforkids.com retains the right to refuse any exchange, credit or refund if we feel the return policy is being abused.

Items returned back to our company’s return address due to non-collection of item or changed addressed will be reshipped upon your request. The original shipping amount will be recharged to your credit card for shipping and handling fees.

Shipping Terms

All shipment is via Registered Air Mail with items delivered within 7 to 15 working days from processing of your order. Please contact us at info@colori-artworkforkids.com should you require the item delivered any sooner. This service may incur an additional cost.

Please allow up to 48 hours for orders to be processed. Air Mail delivery times are not guaranteed. On rare occasions, during the holiday season rush, or due to possible customs inspection some orders may experience a slight delay.

Colori-artworkforkids.com has opted to privately insure all items directly to the customer. This cost is factored into the Shipping & Handling fee. It is mandatory with every purchase.

Taxes & Duties

The customer is responsible for all taxes & duties. In most countries canvas prints do not attract duties. Custom duties vary from country to country and from state to state. We advise you to check first with your local customs office.

Termination

Colori-artworkforkids.com reserves the right to cancel any sales transaction based on its sole discretion regardless of the order status or whether you have received a confirmation of the order.

Transaction Security

Colori-Artwork for Kids utilises Paypal to process all financial transactions.

Information and credit card transactions are protected by Secure Sockets layer (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available).

Your personal information is stored on Paypal’s servers and heavily guarded, both physically and electronically. To further shield your credit card and bank numbers, PayPal does not directly connect its firewall-protected servers to the internet.
